We initially brought Techdella in to help with our go-to-market strategy for a new SaaS product. Unlike other agencies that just deliver a PDF and leave, they stayed on as a fractional growth team. They completely overhauled our ICP targeting and set up a 90-day sprint that integrated our SEO with our sales funnel. The communication was seamless, we had weekly 'shipping' updates where we could see exactly what was built and how it was performing. The project involved a full audit of our current marketing, followed by a 90-day execution plan. They handled our technical SEO setup, built out automated email sequences for new leads, and refined our core messaging to better reach our target audience. They basically acted as our outsourced growth team, handling the day-to-day execution while keeping us updated on the strategy every week.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The team moves very fast. If your internal team isn't ready to give quick feedback, you might feel a bit rushed to keep up with their weekly shipping cycles.
