  • What stood out was their ability to translate our technical manufacturing catalog (with spec sheets, regulatory info, batch codes) into a user‑friendly online interface. Also impressive was their responsiveness during go‑live support—they were onsite (virtually) and resolved issues quickly.
  • What stood out most was their attention to detail and client understanding — they grasped our industry (beauty‑tech) very well, respected our brand philosophy, and translated that into a strong digital experience. Their communication and responsiveness throughout the project were excellent.
  • Their expertise in the modern React stack and deep understanding of efficient data rendering were invaluable. Techpuller’s project manager maintained transparent, daily communication, ensuring that critical security and compliance benchmarks were met at every stage without fail.

What Users Like The Least

  • If there’s one minor area for improvement, it would be providing more ready‑made training documentation for our non‑technical staff. Techpuller did offer training sessions, but having a more detailed user manual upfront would have helped speed onboarding further.
  • If we had to pick something for improvement, it would be that during one phase the number of revisions requested from our side slightly extended the timeline — but Techpuller managed this very professionally, and ensured our final product met our high standard.
  • The only mild challenge was scheduling the initial consultation, simply because the demand for their team’s top engineers seems incredibly high. Once we started, however, their dedication and focus were absolute.
