The Foundation
Founded in 2014 by Managing Director Joshua Paul, Tecnic Group Pty Ltd has its roots in Perth, Western Australia. Joshua’s vision was to establish a forward-thinking IT company in his hometown.

How it started
Joshua’s journey began as a Level 1 Help Desk Administrator at 17. He progressed through roles up to System Architect & Software Engineer. Throughout his career, Joshua consistently noticed opportunities for improving IT solution delivery in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Identification the Challenge
Joshua recognised a key issue: the rapid pace of technological change was leaving clients behind, causing businesses to suffer. This was often due to miscommunication leading to apprehension about adopting new technology, underpinned by a perception that IT was overly complex.

Our Mission
Tecnic Group was born out of a desire to change the narrative around technology’s complexity. The mission was clear: to simplify technology for businesses, making technological advancement effortless. This vision gave rise to our motto: “Moving Forward”.

Our Goal
Joshua focused on developing different strategies that could be tailored to individual business needs which in turn has been providing fast, efficient and reliable services to all kinds of Businesses from SMB to Large Enterprises. Our goal is still Moving forward.
