Teplin and team have been amazing to work with, simply put. Despite being in radically different time zones, their support and response time are second to none. We completed an entire website overhaul and implemented new features, and the team was patient and thorough on all implementations. Good budget friendly 1 stop shop agency for Shopify Stores. Ended up hiring them as my primary agency on retainer as they work rapidly and for a good rate. Better value than any north american based agencies!

They also have a design department which can come in handy.

We had a multi-brand ecommerce project that included integration with a number of backend platforms; US and EU logistics, CRM, and marketing.

We had talked to a number of companies for an RFP, Teplin was the first to give us confidence that the problem at hand was truly understood. The scope and timeline were fair. Every milestone was hit even though we core technical issues with our logistics partner, the team at Teplin ended up working directly with them to create a solution not even they thought was possible.

Highly recommended.
