Before we started this company, we did an analysis which was mainly for two things. The first was why customers think about custom software. The second was what are the issues they face, from the company or the developers that they buy the software from. From that, we realized that every business owner is interested in doing their software because they never get software from the market that completely fulfils their need. if you buy ready-made software, there are many features included in a general software product and the majority of it may you don't need, but you have to pay for it too. Another was the difficulty to use the purchased product software. Another is the need for customization when switching the existing business workflow to ready-made product software. Another important reason is support from the developers. This was the main issue that they argued.
And we are very confident that, all those issues were solved till for all our customers and our main asset is their good relationship with out firm.
