We worked with Tera Group to build an e-commerce website for 5000 Market, our beauty products and professional supplies store. The main challenge was organizing a large catalog of cosmetics, tools, equipment, and supplies in a way that made browsing and purchasing intuitive for beauty professionals and salons. Tera Group created a clear structure for product categories, pages, navigation, and the checkout process. What impressed us most was their practical approach—they recognized that our customers need to find items quickly, compare options, and complete orders without confusion. The website works smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices. Their communication throughout the project was excellent. They answered our questions promptly, explained technical details clearly, and implemented our feedback without friction. One thing that would have helped: seeing more intermediate previews of key pages like catalog layouts, product cards, and filter options earlier in development.
