For more than 60 years, Decorative Panels International has provided retailers and homeowners with premium, yet affordable wall panels in a variety of styles and textures to complete their spaces. DPI also supplies distributors and end-users with high quality and versatile hardboard.

Terillium led the NetSuite implementation project as an Oracle Platinum Partner and NetSuite Solution Provider. DPI chose Terillium based on the company’s experience with Oracle ERP as well as the team’s industry knowledge. The team:

• Implemented NetSuite at multi-location manufacturer and distributor
• Reworked and repurposed a NetSuite form to replicate what was required for pricing and item number assigning
• Implemented work order management and scheduling, production tracking and reporting, costing of production, and advanced BOM
• Implemented functionality to track inventory levels at consignment locations
• Eliminated 13 systems and replaced with NetSuite solutions

DPI selected NetSuite for its scalability and manufacturing capabilities. Terillium delivered:

• A 6-month implementation
• Improved inventory tracking between two locations
• Improved production tracking between two plants
• Visibility of production at each plant
• Assistance with DPI’s transforming of material process
• Limited stock outs
• Better supply chain visibility between two stock outs

KORE Power outgrew Quickbooks, its previous ERP software, and required a world-class ERP to manage its growing business and new facility.

With Terillium as their consulting partner, KORE Power implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Product Lifecycle Management, and Finance (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) as part of Phase 1.

Phase 2 will include further deployment of Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and integration to an MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Terillium was selected for this project due to our expertise in the Clean Energy industry and Oracle Cloud solutions. Terillium offered an implementation approach that fit well with the Kore Power culture. Key benefits of implementing Oracle Cloud include:
