The Leadership Race

The Leadership Race combines experiential learning with practical challenges that focus on developing a wide range of key leadership skills from transformational thinking to accountability and everything in between. Many challenges also include a humanitarian element, which has been a core inspiration behind the Race from the very beginning. It’s leadership training with energy, purpose, and impact. Designed to challenge, connect, and empower today’s leaders in a way that feels meaningful, not mandatory.

The 'Race' can be delivered fully online, which makes it a great option for international organisations to connect teams across the world. Our global open race runs once a year, where teams are welcomed to take part in challenges running for 6 weeks, each taking 60-90 minutes a week, per person. We can also deliver a fully bespoke race focusing on the skills and causes that are most important to your organisation. You choose the challenges, time scale and whether it's delivered in-person or online.
