Digital transformation for forward-thinking brands
Overview
We are a creative collective of independent individuals. Proudly pragmatic. Fearlessly multidisciplinary. Infinitely curious. We design websites, develop web software and build AI products for clients around the world.
Our story started in Berlin and Prague. We now have a team spread across places including Vienna, Barcelona, Lisbon, Kiev, Jerusalem, Buenos Aires and Cape Town. We are fully remote.
Co-founded by Chris and Dominik, The Weather thrives on autonomy and flat hierarchies. We enjoy working without dogmas, mindless meetings, and futile bureaucracy. Together, we're dedicated to finding the most efficient solution, whether it's a website, an app or an AI agent. Not the shiniest, trendiest, priciest solution. The most efficient one, always.

What reviewers mention most
“Highly recommended for businesses needing conversion-focused web design.”
They rebuilt the website with UX improvements, SEO optimization, and e-commerce integration. The new site was responsive and visually appealing. Online sales grew by 30% within three months, and bounce rates decreased.
“Their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex requirements into simple”
Process & Collaboration: The agency applied agile methodologies and maintained clear communication throughout the project. We had bi-weekly sprint reviews, access to a shared task board, and detailed progress updates. Their openness to feedback and ability to pivot quickly was a highlight. They also offered structured onboarding and training for our staff. Results & Impact: The final solution transformed our operations. It improved efficiency, reduced manual errors, and enhanced customer engagement. For example, our adoption rates rose significantly within the first quarter, and ROI targets were achieved faster than anticipated. In some cases, we saw operational savings of 20% and customer satisfaction ratings rise by 30%.
“They showed us real case studies of similar SaaS companies they had helped scale”
Over 12 months, they carried out technical SEO audits, rebuilt our ad campaigns from scratch, and launched LinkedIn thought-leadership content. Weekly calls and monthly reports kept us on track. They even collaborated with our internal sales team to ensure messaging alignment.
