digital transformation for forward-thinking brands

We are a creative collective of independent individuals. Proudly pragmatic. Fearlessly multidisciplinary. Infinitely curious.

Our story started in Berlin and Prague. We now have a team spread across places including Vienna, Barcelona, Lisbon, Kiev, Jerusalem, Buenos Aires and Cape Town. We are fully remote.

Co-founded by Chris and Dominik, The Weather thrives on autonomy and flat hierarchies. We enjoy working without dogmas, mindless meetings, and futile bureaucracy. Together, we’re dedicated to finding the most efficient solution. Not the shiniest, trendiest, priciest solution. The most efficient one, always.

The collaboration began with a social media audit and competitor benchmarking. They developed a platform-specific strategy covering Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Creative asset production (graphics & short videos)

Paid social ad campaigns

Influencer outreach & partnerships

Community management

Performance tracking & reporting

Monthly campaign reviews ensured optimization and budget efficiency.

Increase social media followers and engagement

Improve paid social ROAS

Build brand awareness in new markets

Launch influencer collaborations

Create consistent visual storytelling

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their creativity combined with performance tracking stood out. They balanced brand storytelling with measurable ROI, which is rare in social media marketing partnerships.

Expanding multilingual content capabilities earlier would have accelerated some of our international campaigns, though this was later implemented successfully.

Stronger sales pipeline contribution from marketing

The campaigns directly influenced revenue growth.

Our biggest challenge was generating qualified B2B leads through digital channels. While we had a strong product offering, our online visibility was limited, and inbound inquiries were inconsistent. The project goals included:

Building a predictable lead generation funnel

Improving LinkedIn and Google Ads performance

Enhancing SEO visibility for industry keywords

Developing high-converting landing pages

Strengthening marketing automation workflows

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales alignment was exceptional. They didn’t just focus on traffic — they optimized for revenue impact and lead quality.

Significant increase in patient portal usage within the first four weeks

Working with The Weather felt like collaborating with a partner who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the people using the product. They build with purpose, and it shows in every detail. I would strongly recommend them to any healthcare or social impact organisation looking for thoughtful, reliable digital partners.

What was the project name that you have worked with The Weather?

Web Development

Describe your project in brief

Medisphere Health partnered with The Weather to build a new patient portal and companion mobile app tailored for clinics, small healthcare providers, and community health workers. The goal was to simplify the digital experience for groups who often feel overwhelmed by complex medical systems.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The team’s patience and clarity stand out the most. Whenever something felt too technical, they translated it into simple concepts without ever sounding condescending. Their calm, structured communication style helped us move through complicated decisions confidently.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only thing I would have liked was even more templates or examples during the early decision-making phase. It wasn’t a blocker, but more visual references might have sped up internal approvals on our side.

It combines field studies, remote sensing, and data analysis to evaluate ecological restoration strategies, especially in dry and intensively farmed areas like Saxony-Anhalt.

We solved the challenge of outdated branding and the absence of a website by creating a fresh, cohesive brand identity for AgriRestore. Starting from scratch, we redesigned the logo, defined new fonts, colors, and a comprehensive design system. Most importantly, we developed a website that clearly presents the research, making the project accessible and engaging for both experts and the public.

Our pro bono project. We were pleased to have the opportunity to support Torhaus, a non-profit organisation for community projects a the Tempelhofer Flughafen Berlin, on a pro bono basis for this project. We collaborated with a designer to re-design the website and rebuild it in WordPress and Elementor so they will be able to continue adjusting the content and building their vision in the future.

Run by a group of motivated local creatives, the Torhaus is a self-organised and self-managed community space that serves as a platform for projects and ideas that facilitate innovative forms of urban participation and collaborative design. As a central hub for civil society—Torhaurs welcomes all Berliners and invites them to get involved in community processes. They are experimenting with how small-scale self-organised structures can grow and how cooperative planning can be implemented.

For this pro-non project, the client requested a re-design of their website along with adjustments for content, SEO, and speed. Together with an external designer, we rebuilt and redesigned the website in WordPress and Elementor to produce a site with excellent SEO and state-of-the-art speed optimisation. In addition, we focused on a clean and modern aesthetic that provides an intuitive user experience.
