Every digital product starts with a simple question: how can this be solved better? Over eight years ago, we began as a two-person team asking exactly that. Today, The Web People is a full-scale digital agency that has partnered with over 200 businesses across 10+ countries, and the motivation behind our work hasn't changed.

We exist to be a catalyst for sustainable growth, working as a dedicated partner rather than a standard vendor. Led by CEO Aditya Kalluraya and COO Sharath Srinivas, our team works through complex technical and visual challenges across three core areas: website design and development, custom product engineering, and branding.

On the website side, we work across Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and Framer, building sites that are fast, well-structured, and built to convert. On the product side, we engineer custom web and mobile applications using the MEAN stack, Flutter, and Ionic, for businesses that need something beyond a template. Our branding work ties both together, giving businesses a consistent visual and verbal identity across every touchpoint their customers encounter.

Our clients span a wide range of industries, from sports governance bodies and luxury hospitality chains to fast-casual restaurant groups and enterprise cybersecurity networks. That range has taught us to adapt our process without losing our standards. We offer three ways to work together, depending on what a business needs: Agency Mode for dedicated ongoing execution, Project-Based Mode for clearly scoped timelines and deliverables, and Consultation Mode for C-suite level strategic input on digital transformation.

Across all three, we keep our process transparent and our delivery frameworks consistent, so clients always know where a project stands and what's coming next.
