We consulted Thinksys to help us arrive at the final scope of the MVP. This entailed benchmarking competitors, identifying our unique value proposition, and arriving at the final list of features, among other deliverables. Goals of the project were to identify a product that would solve a critical need, be different from competitors and delight our customers at the same time.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Inclination to make impact for their clients. The product head was the brains, face and voice behind the project through and through.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Time management, responsiveness and visibility can be improved.
