We quickly developed  an MVP mobile web application to help parents manage the daily routines of children with eating disorders, enabling pilot testing within just five weeks.

Background:

The app aims to provide parents with an easy-to-use platform to record daily activities, track progress, and receive expert advice from coaches, providing a supportive and structured approach to eating disorder treatment.

Challenge:

The main challenge was creating an app with a flawless user experience and secure messaging channels between users and coaches in less than 5 weeks to launch pilot testing quickly. This involved meticulous planning to ensure that all features were seamlessly integrated. We focused on intuitive design to make the app user-friendly for parents while implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive information.

Our Solution:

Our solution smoothly integrates the application core with various workflow tools to reduce development time and enhance productivity and connectivity across various platforms. We utilize Firebase for authentication and establish a secure and reliable messaging channel via WhatsApp (for the user side) and a unified Slack account (for the customer side).

Background:

This project aimed to achieve SOC-2 compliance, a critical standard for the secure management of data. 

SOC-2 helps protect the interests and privacy of clients by ensuring that system controls are effective and robust. 

The implementation of the forced logout feature served as a crucial component of our enhanced security protocol, safeguarding user data from unauthorized access in scenarios where authentication tokens are compromised.

Challenge:

Integrating stringent SOC-2 security measures into mobile app development posed a dual challenge: adhering to compliance without halting the enhancement of our product features.

The main challenge was implementing a seamless forced authentication processes across both Android and iOS platforms without disrupting user experience. INX, the first SEC-approved cryptocurrency needed assistance with its online trading platform. When we partnered with them, our mission was to help them enhance the qualities and features of their trading platform.

During this project, we developed a high-frequency, API trading platform that allowed for very secure trading to occur. This low latency solution allowed trading of different cryptocurrencies and security tokens to occur at over a million times per second, driving trading volume for INX to new heights.

At the end of this project, INX was left with a super robust infrastructure that helped them better compete with other cryptocurrency companies like Bitcoin and Binance. This highly scalable solution now allows INX to support millions of traders to make quick and secure transactions, all of the time.

Background: 

IVIX monitors for tax frauds by gathering and enriching publicly available business activity data to accurately identify businesses, their revenue, and the taxpayer entity.

The Challenge:

IVIX came to TLVTech in need of a general infrastructure revamp, as they were dealing with data warehouses and storage solutions and needed support on optimizing the space. 

Our Solution:

After our team understood what was required of them, they set up the infrastructure to be working with Mongo and Kubernetes softwares. Not only did our team solve the existing issue, but they also expanded and supported the scale to be working with more data, velocity, and volume. And through this impressive optimization, IVIX is estimated to be saving $10,000+ every month on maintenance.

SpringGames, approached us seeking assistance with their development process. They were facing issues with user engagement and retention, as well as difficulties in monetizing their games effectively.

Finonex approached TLVTech after the acquisition of an affiliate informational company and required support on the integration, scale, and post-acquisition merge of technological solutions.

Our Solution:

With a need to be cost-effective and time-efficient, our team worked closely with their DevOps and System Administrators to completely re-architect the entire microservices in order to allow for the scale of users on the platform.

Our team utilized Socket.IO, NodeJS, and Redis. Through this development, Finonex was able to successfully increase the scale by 10000% in traffic, volume, and throughput.

Background:

Lawyal is a management platform for law firms and independent lawyers that uses optimized methods and advanced technological tools to drive better results on every vertical of management. 

The Challenge:

Lawyal approached TLVTech when they wanted to improve pieces of their app and turn it from completely web-based to mobile-hybrid. 

Our Solution:

With an understanding that Lawyal wanted to enhance the user-experience, our team rebuilt the authentication and authorization process, as well as customer on-boarding, which included implementing a biometric authentication option and created a multi-tenant functionality to support multiple organizations and end-users.

Our team employed React Native, the Native Development Kit for Android, and Swift for iOS allowing for low-level functionality mobile usage. The Challenge:

ISCAR reached out to TLVTech after they were struggling with their website’s capabilities with respect to their traffic, and overall had an obsolete client experience.

Our Solution:

With an understanding that millions of users relied on our expertise, our team performed a digital transformation on the website and back office. The main addition in the back-end was the establishment and utilization of an integrated smart search, allowing for users to more efficiently navigate the site to find millions of products, translations, variations, and written material. 

Technology:

The revamp was accomplished through the utilization of softwares such as Apache Lucene and partnering with Azure to utilize Azure Cognitive Search to effectively cut time and cost of development. By implementing this transformation, a significant amount of time was saved with every search for the user by auto-completing words, correcting typos, keeping traffic on-site (rather than transferring them to a third party engine), and users could more easily search through a large catalog of products.

Approve.com is a fast-growing software company that provides a cloud-based procurement platform for businesses.

The Challenge:

Approve.com approached our company with a challenge to improve their platform's efficiency and accuracy in handling procurement processes. They had been facing various issues such as slow processing times, data inaccuracies, and difficulties in managing large volumes of transactions. These issues were hampering their growth and affecting their ability to serve their clients.

Our Solution:

Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of Approve.com's procurement platform and identified the underlying causes of the issues they were facing. We realized that the existing system lacked automation and had several manual processes that were prone to errors. Nexar reached out to TLVTech in need for QA Automation engineers to work internally with their QA teams to set up the QA infrastructure and a complete system coverage.

Our Solution:

After TLVTech managed the onboarding of developers, our team took Nexar’s hardware, firmware, and software updates they had built internally and managed end to end tests from scenarios and expected results all the way up to full regression testing, eventually automating the process. In addition, our team continuously added more test cases to make sure Nexar had significant coverage for existing solutions and results. Because our team went above and beyond, they were able to deliver impressive results within their given deadlines.

Intezer Labs is a platform that provides automated, algorithm-driven Tier 1 MDR-like services with little to no human supervision.

The Challenge:

Intezer approached us when they were having spikes in mobile usage but their software at the time was not very compatible or efficient in that setting.

With a tight schedule and the pressure of not making fatal mistakes in production, our team took it upon themselves to rewrite pieces of the front end solution.

Our team produced a highly successful product through the use of React, working closely with Intezer's team, and responding in a high-pressure environment.

Groo, the largest fintech company in Israel (and the company behind Groupon), processes billions of transactions monthly through their platform.

The Challenge:

When Groo approached TLVTech, they were in the initial phase of modernizing their platform and required support on the back-end of development.
