Describe your project in brief

Trade Elixir were hired to develop an online store for my local store in Melbourne. We engaged them to help us create one system that we could use in store and online to manage all sales both at the physical store and through the online shop. It was important to us to have a system that could manage inventory and live update both locations on the fly so we didn't sell products we no longer had. This also meant we would only have to manage one solution and saved double handling.

Since finish the site, Trade Elixir have managed the hosting, security, and yearly refreshes of our store.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Quality of the design and development work with plenty of hand holding to help us along the way

Really listened to our wants and needs then created something we never would have thought of

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Timing could have been better but we understand that you are busy
