The story: the objective of this project was to build a platform that showcases the “finest” hotels around selected cities of the world, handpicked and curated. Hotels Finest was created with the purpose of providing customers with options of luxurious five star hotels, spas and resorts in the selected cities, along with details and pictures. 

The website opens up to the list of the cities the company is overlooking currently, and each city contains the list of recommendations from the admin of the company. Upon choosing the city of choice, the user can also read a brief introduction of the city and its history. The description of the hotel also contains information about the history of its location and the story behind it. 

The user may go through the details of the hotel and then click on ‘book’, which re-directs them to a booking site. The booking site provides options to the customer to conduct the transaction in multiple languages.

  3. Invoicing module allows the user to generate invoices related to the products and sales service they provide. The three major modules of the software viz. Contacts, sales and invoices are interconnected, for eg.  Sales setting module provides a user with the ability to customise the settings which would be used in the sales, contacts and invoices module.

Apart from this, the software also facilitates different services such as keeping track of employee data, product management, pricing data, tax data, journal entries etc.

The user company will be required to follow assessment pointers and enter data accordingly. If a sponsor company allows multiple beneficiary companies then the parent account can track their progress as well (in order to verify the ROI). Apart from the following features mentioned, there are a lot more benefits of the platform. 

What did we do? 

  • Created a consolidated website that shows and tracks the progress of a beneficiary company as incorporated by the sponsor company, under different progress categories. 

Key features: 

  • Being able to manage different roles, viz. Company and manager

  • A Sponsor Company can add and manage beneficiaries and other user profiles 

  • Website shows a list of detailed survey questions under the segment of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Assessments of the beneficiary accounts 

  • A growth assessments function that allows a start-up company to track performances specific to the different departments viz. Operations, risk management, human resources, etc.

  • All the scores can be combined and translated into separate charts for easy understanding and visualization, which also depicts a comparative analysis with the maximum possible score.

  • A capability mapping feature that lists down the capabilities of the beneficiary as categorised by the sponsor company containing a goal tracking feature for the future time periods.

  • A business strategy feature that helps builds customised strategies as per goals and departments.

  • An ESG (environmental, social and governance) dashboard that shows the aggregated score of the start-up/beneficiary across all the domains and helps the sponsor company check if the requirements are being met.

  • SME Hub also provides a direct linkage to its own learning platform handled by its parent company The Change Institute which the beneficiaries may access.

The story: Started as an idea of an online therapy tool by a young couple of a businessman and a counselling psychologist. What started off as just the solution to create accessible therapy for everyone later went on to become a full blown business venture. And hence was created with the aim to be able to remotely providetherapy to people, with enough privacy, confidentiality and good resources. 

To avoid the discrepancies and bridge the gap between service providers and clients came up with the idea of Moon Minds; an adventure that was guided by a mental health professional themselves in order to maintain the ethical standards of the industry. 

What did we do: Trinarybits helped create a website that is calm and felt like a warm welcome. We carefully curated a colour palette of purples and tones of beige to match the spirit of MoonMinds. The website is a consolidated place with all of the tools for any individual seeking therapy; in one place ranging from the introduction of the company and the therapists to recent customer feedback and their different policies.

  • Sectional with the list of therapists that work with MoonMinds. 

  • The “Individual Therapy” page leads the user to different categories of therapy they might be seeking.
