The story: the objective of this project was to build a platform that showcases the “finest” hotels around selected cities of the world, handpicked and curated. Hotels Finest was created with the purpose of providing customers with options of luxurious five star hotels, spas and resorts in the selected cities, along with details and pictures. 

The website opens up to the list of the cities the company is overlooking currently, and each city contains the list of recommendations from the admin of the company. Upon choosing the city of choice, the user can also read a brief introduction of the city and its history. The description of the hotel also contains information about the history of its location and the story behind it. 

The user may go through the details of the hotel and then click on ‘book’, which re-directs them to a booking site. The booking site provides options to the customer to conduct the transaction in multiple languages. 

The story: The core objective of Craftforce is to run Small and Medium sized craftsman businesses and connect with skilled craftsmen. This software application manages the features like product management, customer management, Order management, Document management, Meeting management, Invoice and sales order management, Worker management, Expense management and log management.

Key features developed:

• Create product (Included with needed material and needed services like salary component)

• Product Invoice Generation

Apart from this:

1. A dashboard preview contains records of all sales and revenue generated from operations; along with previous year data to be able to visualise a direct comparison. 

2. Sales module carries the rest of the details that follow, quotations, invoices, orders, products etc to track all the correlated information and identify the areas that require work. 

3. Invoicing module allows the user to generate invoices related to the products and sales service they provide. The three major modules of the software viz. Contacts, sales and invoices are interconnected, for eg.  Sales setting module provides a user with the ability to customise the settings which would be used in the sales, contacts and invoices module.

Apart from this, the software also facilitates different services such as keeping track of employee data, product management, pricing data, tax data, journal entries etc. 

The Story: A social media platform specific to the USA, to help people find people they might have missed connecting with that they met at an event, after it ended. Users can add the location tag of the place they visited in order to let other people know.

• Increased and frequent visibility (paid feature)

Some features of the application are as follows:

1. Users can add the location tag of the place they visited in order to let other people know. 

2. The option to send a friend request to someone and to begin to chat with them, are two paid premium features. 

3. Paying more to use the application gives you more priority among other users influencing visibility, however the free version already allows unlimited posts. 

The Story: Reactam is an open social media platform that allows anyone to post an utmost of 4 pictures along with a caption. It is a social media app that emphasizes on the feature of reacting to any post/picture uploaded by the user. These reactions would be customised and in the form of bitmojis.

Key Features Developed: 

• User registration through email. 

• Ability to connect facebook to reactam account. 

• Custom bitmojis for every post according to user preferences. 

• Ability to share posts on other platforms via unique links generated. 

• Custom news feed curation. 

Story of the project:  With the idea of creating a product that consolidated any and all real estate resources in one place for the city of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar India, Address Box was made. It is a platform where a potential customer can buy/ rent properties/ projects and one can even list their properties for renting/leasing/sub-leasing them or for the purpose of sale. 

Key highlights of the project: 

• Properties are collected via an online form and then filtered by the team. 

• properties are differentiated on the basis of Agent/Owner/Builder. 

• Users can search properties for rental purposes as well.

• Builders can post their properties through a token system for promotion.

Key features:

• property performance and visibility as a seller (analytics), 

• inquiry and liked properties, 

• paid promotion for builders (not owners or sellers)

Key Highlights of the Project: 

It provides a platform to post any kind of advertisement for your business and/or any promotion catering to all types of business needs ranging from C2C, B2B and even B2C. A business can post featured ads as well with the help of admin approval.

The Story: According to Bain and Company, a Change Management program is a plan that enables companies to implement new processes, systems, and strategies to achieve superior business performance. In accordance with the same Chang’d Agility provides any company the resources and a platform to create a tailored change programme for their needs to ensure a streamlined process and maximum compliance during the process.

The software is divided into the three parts mentioned above which consist of its own separate sub-features and divisions. 

Key Features of the project: 

• Project Plan Generation: A detailed change management plan will be delivered after consideration of a lot of different variables such as budgets, resources available, project timeframe, project size, primary and secondary impact factors etc.

• Corporate Structure: This feature allows you to map out your company along with the related divisions and departments allowing you to see the interconnections. Having a clear structure helps you identify where the changes will take place within the organization. 

• Business Strategies: A strategy (either in draft or final stage) can be outlayed by filling out the predefined focus areas which describe the KPIs and Objectives of the organisation or by creating new focus areas which are specific to the growth of your organisation. 

• Report Generation: at any stage of project creation for the change programme development process, a report can be generated, be it monthly, quarterly or annual. These reports will provide necessary insights and help in the decision making process. 

The story: SME Hub is a business performance tracking platform that focuses on helping small enterprises with resources that they lack.  It serves as a one stop solution for any start-up to keep up with the growth of their business. It is a solution based company headed by The Change Institute. 

The user company will be required to follow assessment pointers and enter data accordingly. If a sponsor company allows multiple beneficiary companies then the parent account can track their progress as well (in order to verify the ROI). Apart from the following features mentioned, there are a lot more benefits of the platform. 

What did we do? 

• Created a consolidated website that shows and tracks the progress of a beneficiary company as incorporated by the sponsor company, under different progress categories. 

Key features: 

• Being able to manage different roles, viz. Company and manager

• A Sponsor Company can add and manage beneficiaries and other user profiles 

• Website shows a list of detailed survey questions under the segment of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Assessments of the beneficiary accounts 

• A growth assessments function that allows a start-up company to track performances specific to the different departments viz. Operations, risk management, human resources, etc.

• All the scores can be combined and translated into separate charts for easy understanding and visualization, which also depicts a comparative analysis with the maximum possible score.

• A capability mapping feature that lists down the capabilities of the beneficiary as categorised by the sponsor company containing a goal tracking feature for the future time periods.

• A business strategy feature that helps builds customised strategies as per goals and departments.

• An ESG (environmental, social and governance) dashboard that shows the aggregated score of the start-up/beneficiary across all the domains and helps the sponsor company check if the requirements are being met.

• SME Hub also provides a direct linkage to its own learning platform handled by its parent company The Change Institute which the beneficiaries may access.

• Lastly, a resource hub feature where the beneficiary may collect and keep all the necessary documents for their own.

The story: Started as an idea of an online therapy tool by a young couple of a businessman and a counselling psychologist. What started off as just the solution to create accessible therapy for everyone later went on to become a full blown business venture. And hence was created with the aim to be able to remotely providetherapy to people, with enough privacy, confidentiality and good resources. 

To avoid the discrepancies and bridge the gap between service providers and clients came up with the idea of Moon Minds; an adventure that was guided by a mental health professional themselves in order to maintain the ethical standards of the industry. 

What did we do: Trinarybits helped create a website that is calm and felt like a warm welcome. We carefully curated a colour palette of purples and tones of beige to match the spirit of MoonMinds. The website is a consolidated place with all of the tools for any individual seeking therapy; in one place ranging from the introduction of the company and the therapists to recent customer feedback and their different policies.
