“service is okay but price is on much higher side than others ”
I gave overall rating 2 because of price escalation on same product ( they issued two bills & prices were different on both bills of products and services they charged for ) & charged higher for every product for example battery i have got from Truvic online in 1711 rs ( from other e commerce site - 1500 ) SSD - Rs 2250 , other service provider was giving it in 1850 , casing - 750 ( other was giving in 250 ) and they charges 260 rupees for just for visiting home , along with service charge .If you have extra spare money of no use , donate it to poors & take services from others . overall quality work by Truvic at HIGH PRICES but BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE due to unpleasant behaviour of their EMPOYEE .
