Wizard is a Twitch competitor providing gamers with a platform for solo and group streaming. We’ve been supporting the innovative platform getting off the ground from day one.

The challenge: The founders needed additional force to work with their internal engineering team to develop the infrastructure and core features and launch the product on time.

The solution: We assembled a small team of engineers and an architect to oversee the entire development process. Our team’s core scope was front-end development, creating a native Android app, and managing technical and infrastructure aspects. We also developed an OBS plug-in for social streaming and implemented proof-of-concept evaluations for new features.

The result: TulaCo's technical leadership and skilled engineering team helped the founders execute their vision and launch the product effectively. Later, a top online eSports firm acquired Wizard to leverage their product. Our team played a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition and ensuring a smooth integration into the new company's operations.

CREXi is the commercial real estate industry's fastest-growing marketplace. We have been working with the founders from the very first lines of code, since 2015.  

The challenge: To help the CREXi founding team create a modern, fast, web-based marketplace that would allow brokers, sellers, and investors to close deals faster and grow their business.  

The solution: First, we provided an architect and three engineers to build the initial platform and make a successful public launch. Over time, TulaCo helped CREXi scale the technology team to 50+ engineers, out of which 30+ were from TulaCo. We provided engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps services.    

The result: Today, CREXi is an intuitive platform that leads an online real estate marketplace with more than 6 million customers and 500 000 properties listed. But that's not everything. We continue supporting it to reshape the commercial real estate industry. 

Plume is a health tech platform that provides gender-affirming hormone therapy and care directly from the smartphone. We have been working with the Plume team from the very beginning of the project.  

The challenge: We needed to think about not just creating an engaging platform but also the security of clients' data. We had to make an environment where their personal information would always be safe and protected.

The solution: TulaCo designed and built admin, patient, & physician portals, accessible from both mobile and desktop platforms.  Our team modified the development process to limit access to environments as much as possible, protecting them by VPN and 2FA.  

The result: MVP and 5 major versions were successfully implemented, tested, and released to PROD. We’re still actively working on the development of the project. 

Practis is an educational startup helping companies train first-line personnel using automated, interactive roleplay training. We started working with the Practis team at the beginning of the project 2+ years ago and still continue today. 

The challenge: We needed to build an entire product from scratch: elaborate key product features and kick off development to create an easy and efficient platform for users. 

The solution: TulaCo provided a large team of multiple specializations and created two key components of the platform - the mobile app allows participants to master interaction skills and the web app system which allows organizations to easily create scenarios that fit their training needs the best. 

The result: We successfully launched the project and made mobile and web apps, but that’s not where it ends. We are still working with Practis with a roadmap for at least 1+ years of development. 

StyleRow is an industry-first marketplace that helps brands, interior designers, and showrooms to streamline the design process. Our team has been working with StyleRow since the beginning of the project, in 2018.   

The challenge: StyleRow team had a strong vision about the product they wanted to create but lacked the experience in building a tech platform. They also needed assistance in the initial fundraising and help in filling key product and team management roles.  

The solution: TulaCo provided interim CTO leadership, along with the full development team of a software architect, developers, quality assurance, and DevOps engineers. We built the product from the first line of code and launched an MVP.  

The result: We helped the StyleRow team successfully turn an idea into a platform with over 200 brands and more than 600 monthly users. 

Tradeswell is an all-in-one tool for e-commerce businesses to create data-driven strategies and grow. We’re supporting Tradeswell from the very start of the project, scaling its team for more than a year now.  

The challenge: To help the engineers of Tradeswell scale the development process and successfully launch the project. 

The solution: We started by assigning one key engineer to join Tradeswell in-house developers, and over time, we seamlessly integrated five more engineers who are working on both front-end and back-end development. 

The result: In less than 1 year since its launch, Tradeswell became the first choice for hundreds of brands, including Fortune 500 companies, to create data-driven e-commerce strategies and power their business. TulaCo continues scaling up the Tradeswell engineering team. 

DailyKarma is a Los Angeles-based startup that enables brands to give back to society and at the same time, increase customer loyalty and engagement through donations and discounts. We've been working with them since 2018.  

The challenge: The founders had vast experience in the technology field and startup industry but needed strong technical oversight, management, and architecture to successfully launch the project. 

The solution: We started working with DailyKarma with our US-based architect, Interim CTO, and a small team of software and quality assurance engineers. TulaCo team built an API server, integrated management UI with Shopify, and developed JS widgets. 

The result: Today, just one year after the launch, DailyKarma allows brands to choose from 1.6 million charities worldwide and has more than 5K store integrations. 

VINData helps buyers and sellers get expert history reports for all vehicle types from trusted data sources. We have been working with the VINData team since the project's start in 2020.  

The challenge: The founders needed a team that already knew the project domain from a technical perspective and could implement integrations with vehicle data providers effectively.  

The solution: TulaCo provided the development team that was involved in the development of the founders' previous platform. Within a year, we built the most important parts of the system, launched it in production, and started providing vehicle data to the customers. Since 2020, we have implemented vehicle data integrations of industry-leading providers and established a solid foundation for future extensions. 

The result: VINData has been gradually growing. The platform generates 1000+ vehicle history reports daily and has reached 20K+ customers of regular buyers, car dealers, and commercial API consumers. TulaCo continues supporting the service and adding new integrations into the system.
