About Unseen
UNSEEN is a Polish software house based in Warsaw (Meander 23) that builds custom CRM systems with AI, web applications and company websites for small and medium businesses. We design each system around the client's real processes instead of forcing a team into an off-the-shelf tool. Our CRMs have no per-user fees: the client owns the system.
Selected work: a mobile CRM for solar and heat-pump sales with offline mode, GPS and five energy calculators; Scanvet, a veterinary practice management system; B2B and B2C e-commerce for Siyami's Meat, Festor and Poke Stop; and the 0trust.tech cybersecurity consulting platform. How we work: free 30-minute consultation, requirements analysis, a fixed-price proposal with milestones, then two-week sprints with weekly demos. Typical timelines: websites 4-8 weeks, CRM systems 8-16 weeks. Integrations we deliver include KSeF (Polish e-invoicing), ERP systems (Comarch, enova, SAP), payment gateways and OpenAI / Anthropic models.
