I manage a large portfolio of clients in the Gulf region and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of a technology company based in Saudi Arabia, which has been in collaboration with a “Unthinkable company” for over two years now. Unthinkable company is part of the “Dafodill group”, with whom I have had a longstanding relationship since 2014. However, I am currently struggling to understand the challenges they face in retaining previous clients and meeting their needs. I regret having to express my concerns here, but I sincerely hope that they demonstrate a high level of support, improvement, and responsiveness to client feedback. The issues we are encountering with the quality of Development , unfortunately, are not satisfactory. There is significant delay in executing requirements and adhering to deadlines. While we often rely on them, I am uncertain about the recent problems we are facing with them.
