I manage a large portfolio of clients in the Gulf region and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of a technology company based in Saudi Arabia, which has been in collaboration with a “Unthinkable company” for over two years now. Unthinkable company is part of the “Dafodill group”, with whom I have had a longstanding relationship since 2014. However, I am currently struggling to understand the challenges they face in retaining previous clients and meeting their needs.

I regret having to express my concerns here, but I sincerely hope that they demonstrate a high level of support, improvement, and responsiveness to client feedback. The issues we are encountering with the quality of Development , unfortunately, are not satisfactory. There is significant delay in executing requirements and adhering to deadlines. While we often rely on them, I am uncertain about the recent problems we are facing with them.

We are a specialized company in building educational apps for children, and we excel in digital transformation by converting educational methods into applications. We own the largest Arabic educational apps for children worldwide. One of our apps has more than 13 million downloads, and we have been working with them to build customized apps for us.
