We started UpDoer Agency with a clear goal of delivering low-cost and high-quality software testing/QA solutions. We put our best efforts into delivering white label solutions that can fulfill every possible business demand and deliver an excellent user experience.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a flexible team to work with our clients as per their needs. Based on our client’s preference, we offer them a team/resource to work, and our quality assurance team works closely with each project and ensures the project quality.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We deliver pure QA/Software Testing solutions that work efficiently and enhance user experience. We enable our clients to keep in touch with their app users and deliver extended support for resolving their queries and problems.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are open to all industry types like e-commerce, e-learning, SaaS, healthcare, insurance, where businesses are eager to provide their services through our on-demand QA services. Yes, we have a good score of repetitive clients. Most of our clients prefer to contact us whenever they want to integrate newer requirements, or any of our upcoming projects is in the pipeline.

How much effort in terms of time goes into testing the front end and back end of an application & website?
It depends on the different types of applications. First, we go through the client application. Then we send the QA estimation for test cases writing, executions on different browsers, mobile devices, and automation testing. After that, we assign a dedicated resource to the project.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right model for testing?
Consider a system where time and money were secondary considerations, and human safety was first. In situations where human life is on the line, or system failure could result in one or more deaths, the Waterfall model was preferred. And for the Agile model, as you know, it’s iterative in nature and adapts to changing requirements of the application.

The Waterfall model was used till the year 2000 to develop enterprise applications like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Inventory Management Systems, Point of Sales (POS) systems for retail chains, etc.
These days most projects follow Agile Methodology, some form of Iterative model, or one of the other models depending on their project-specific requirements.

Yes, we take on projects that meet our basic requirements. Our minimum budget for any project is $500.

The minimum projects we had in 2019 were around $600, and the max was around $ 32,500.
