Upleadator is a Ukrainian team that runs Upwork lead generation for agencies and freelancers. The company was founded by Kirill Chornyi, who spent a year and a half as an in-house Upwork lead generation manager before starting it — the business exists because of what that year showed: agencies rarely lose on Upwork because their work is weak, they lose because nobody owns the channel.

Four services are sold separately. Market analysis measures a niche by the exact search queries a freelancer uses: open jobs, bid pressure, freelancers per project, client verification and hire history. Profile analysis reads a profile the way Upwork search reads it — current position, keywords, skills — and, in the deeper packages, rewrites the title, overview and section texts around the queries clients actually type. Managed lead generation is the whole pipeline: job selection, personalized proposals with video, analytics and weekly reporting. Prices start at $9.99 for market analysis and $29.99 for a profile audit.

The method is measurement rather than opinion. A baseline is recorded before anything changes, one field is changed at a time, and the result is measured again — three passes per measurement, because a single pass loses rows. Findings are published openly at upleadator.com/blog, including the ones that failed.

Software does the collecting and the measuring, because the volume is beyond a person. But a human reads and approves every proposal before it is submitted: an unsupervised pipeline drifts towards whatever is easiest to send, and clients feel that immediately.
