Velmie

We began a relationship with Velmie, previously known as iKantam, a few years ago. Initially they were pretty responsive and attentive. However, over the past several months they became increasingly difficult to engage, in spite of having a paid support agreement with them. We even tried to get a minimal amount of help to move to a new vendor. No response to emails and messages. We have moved on, and are trying to calculate how many clients were lost due to inadequate support. If you're considering them, you should also know this address is not their office. The actual staff are based in Minsk, Belarus. Definitely not recommended.
