“Bad, expensive service with poor support.”
Terrible. I was trying to replace their antiquated system. The setup fees were $18,000 with ongoing fees of $650 monthly. It took almost 5 months to obtain this information and determine that their product was overpriced. Their policy is that if you don't give them 4 months notice, your are stuck paying for the entire next year's subscription.
