Amazingly talented group of people
Vertical Motion has been amazing to work with during the past two years. They have gone out of their way on many fronts, especially when it comes to getting things done on time or EARLIER if they can. They also go above and beyond the call of duty - an example... being new to the word of word press and woo commerce, they undertook to bring us along with some "just in time" training,. as I learned more about the system they gave me more and in addition, written instructions for all the various tasks that needed to be done. Whenever we needed they had a solution or found one. I can honestly say that they are not though of as suppliers to our organization they are true partners, sharing their opinions and giving straight up guidance when needed. We are delighted to have such an amazing group of talented people working by our side!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
THEY MAKE IT HAPPEN! They explain what they are going to do before hand and are very systematic in how they complete their tasks Their graphics designer is FABULOUS in terms of listening to what we want and then putting it together. Vertical Motion has OUR best interests in mind and often offer suggestions that take us to the next level. I couldn't be more pleased
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Wracking my brain for an improvement idea . . . . . their speaker phone kind of blurs their voices? I am a totally delighted customer.
