Vinfotech was easy to work with and worked tirelessly on our project to help us build an amazing website and mobile app. We can not give enough credit to the team for being easy to work with, flexible, and hard working throughout the entire process. We were blown away with the development team and their ability to deliver during all of the phases during the project.

Despite enthusiasm from Vinfotech at the beginning, this project has been a significant failure. Vinfotech have never produced a credible plan for the project and the sales team seem willing to make whatever commitments they can to secure the deal without seeing if they're achievable or not. The overall brief was due to be completed on the 6th of March and we're still bug fixing the first release from February. I estimate we're only about 20-25% of the way through the project. Each release comes with very high levels of defects which are only identified during customer testing. They do not demonstrate strong skills in project management, environment management, regression testing, user journey mapping, documenting requirements. They are a waterfall shop who have not demonstrated understanding or implementation of Agile techniques, scrum or modern software development methods. Their own internal system for managing communications and requests from customers is largely empty with issues raised mostly ignored unless multiple escalations are made. Within the organisation, there are unclear lines of accountability for the project, with various teams holding the other teams responsible for account management. Sadly, I have requested a contract renegotiation with the CEO who has been unresponsive.
