We needed some changes made and features added to all of the platforms. virva came highly recommended from another organization that had worked with them and as we progressed, it only got more and more complicated, and throughout the whole process, they were patient and willing to give it the focus required to achieve success. Our main objectives were to increase overall productivity, optimize case management, and streamline our client interaction procedures. In order to inform our business decisions, we required a reliable system that could handle massive volumes of data, interface with the legal software we already had, and deliver intelligent analytics. Due to professional secrecy, this system was designed to guarantee complete client data confidentiality. Our crew and Virva worked together really well. They have excellent project management that made sure everything was transparent and the project was completed on time. We work with Virva’s development team to build the product. The programming language is Ruby on Rails, and we use a Scrum methodology to do sprints and plan the series of deadlines. Additionally, Virva helped the site. Overall, the quality of development and design is excellent. We ask for a certain level of productivity; we call them story points in technical language. Another thing we’ve focused on with Virva is the site’s performance. For example, the loading speed has greatly improved; we’re currently at 1.46 seconds.

We began with an overview of our wish list for the new site. We also provided Virva with market research outlining our brand position within the industry. Collaboratively, we decided which pages to create and how the visitor journey should flow between pages. Virva wrote some of the best copy I've ever seen and selected image options. They presented us with two homepage examples, and we picked the elements we liked most from each. They then proceeded to developing and designing the remaining pages. they handled both the editing and producing the site.

Virva infotech acts as our external CIO. The team manages our software and hardware needs, in addition to providing troubleshooting and technical support to our staff. Virva infotech provides remote services since our staff works in a hybrid model. The team has set up software remotely, and we haven't required them to come in person. In a few instances where Virva infotech has needed to check devices physically, we've shipped the devices to their offices, and the team sent them back after they were inspected.

Virva infotech has done the website architecture, layout, and design. They’ve also created the site map, made recommendations, and done the copywriting. They created a new homepage as well as a communications strategy for the homepage. That included a new site map that incorporated our services and adjusted for our brand positioning strategy. In addition to design work and content curation, they built out the technical aspects of the website’s functionality. They created a custom WordPress template for our platform.
