Their honesty. You'd think this would be a basic requirement, but I've worked with other agencies and freelancers and have found honesty is hard to find.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I have yet to come across something that I don't like and I've been working with them for over a year now with planned projects that will extend to 2025.
