The miserable fate of start-ups or small start-ups is that while they would have needs for modern technology, their revenue and capital invested in start-ups do not allow them to acquire a large call center. We invented our payroll solution for these small companies.

The protagonist of our Small Business story is a trading company. They work with several foreign and European Union suppliers and domestic supermarket partners. Most of their orders are fulfilled by fax and e-mail. Supplier, product information and preliminary consultations are made by phone.

When we arrived, we found a DECT cordless phone on two desks. Faxes were received by 2 inkjet analog FAXes, each receiving 500-500 faxes per month. 2 ISND trunks and 4 telephone numbers (2 Telephone, 2 FAX) were used from the existing service provider.

We also found the design of the network and the bandwidth of the Internet to be adequate and sufficient for the introduction of the VoIP telephone exchange. In advance, we asked the company for a 3-month bill to assess their calling habits and to calculate savings from the call data included there. The table contains the charges for each call direction and the subscription fees of the landline service provider. Mobile calls were negligible as everyone started it from their own business phone, so in this case, there was no reason to install a GSM Adapter.
