VoIP International is a Florida-based business phone operator — not a reseller. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Ocoee, we operate our own switch and hold direct carrier contracts, which means we control the infrastructure our customers depend on rather than reselling someone else's platform. When something needs fixing, the person who fixes it works here.

We serve small and mid-size businesses across Central Florida and nationwide, with a product line built around one principle: honest, published pricing and no long-term contracts required.

What we offer:

• Phone Service — cloud-based business phone, available metered ($17/user/month) or all-inclusive with unlimited US/Canada calling ($32/user/month)
• Pro Mobile — real business cellular lines on employees' personal phones via eSIM, not an app. The company owns the number, not the employee. Tiers from $42 to $62/user/month depending on data allowance.
• AI Receptionist — 24/7 call answering, routing, and screening, priced flat rather than per-minute: Starter ($99/month), Professional ($199/month), and Enterprise ($299/month)
• VoIP Insights — automatic call transcription, sentiment analysis, QA scorecards, outcome tagging, and scam/robocall flagging, with audio transcribed entirely on our own infrastructure rather than sent to a third-party cloud service. $10-45/extension/month.
• Cloud Fax (vFAX) — digital faxing from $25/month
• SIP Trunking — direct trunking for businesses running their own PBX, $15/channel/month

Who we serve: property management companies, legal firms, healthcare and dental practices, real estate brokerages, and field service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). We hold direct integrations with the software these industries already run day to day: AppFolio, Buildium, and Rent Manager for property management; Clio for legal; Follow Up Boss for real estate; Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro for field service; and Microsoft Teams across the board.

What sets us apart: most providers in this space either resell a platform they don't control, meter you by the minute, or bury real costs behind vague "starting at" pricing. We publish exact numbers, we own the infrastructure, and number porting is a flat $15 per number — in or out — with no exit penalties if you ever decide to leave.
