VoIP Savvy is a unified communications (UC) and open-source telephony services company with operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and technical delivery teams based in India. We help businesses deploy, migrate, and support reliable VoIP systems using open-source platforms such as Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, and VICIdial. We specialize in Asterisk IP PBX installation and configuration, SIP trunk integration, IVR and call flow design, extension and endpoint provisioning, WebRTC calling, and remote workforce enablement. For call centers, we implement and tune VICIdial environments including inbound queues, outbound and blended campaigns, predictive dialing, call routing, recording/voice logging, agent performance reporting, and operational stability improvements for production traffic.
VoIP Savvy also provides CRM and third-party integrations, including call logging, screen pops, workflow automation, and custom API-based integrations. We support customers who need customization and development work such as dialplan logic, reporting enhancements, integrations, and operational tooling.
