VoxTraffic

VoxTraffic is a web, software and AI-automation studio in Sofia, Bulgaria, operated by StartVent OOD and founded in 2024. Our core team of five combines three in-house developers, who build the systems and oversee external contract developers, with two people who run project direction and client communication.

We design and build three things. Websites and online stores that load fast, read well in Bulgarian and English, and make it easy for the right visitor to get in touch. Custom business platforms such as CRM, ERP, warehouse and order tools, mapped from how a team actually works, including the exceptions. And AI workflows that take in requests and documents, collect the approved information a task needs, prepare a draft, summary or record, and stop for a named person whenever a decision matters.

We have completed 30+ projects. For a suitable project we agree one focused demo of a single screen or workflow before any contract, then build, test and hand over with documentation and clear ownership.
