What Users Like The Least

One area they could improve is providing more detailed training resources for our internal team to manage and update website content after launch. Otherwise, the overall experience was very positive.
More detailed user guides for internal staff during the rollout would have been helpful, but overall the project execution and support were excellent.
The only improvement would be providing slightly more technical documentation during the final handover. Beyond that, the project delivery and collaboration were excellent.
