“Extremly bad”
Avoid this service at all costs. They're misleading customers by using a basic WordPress cache plugin and pairing it with an ineffective, low-quality add-on that they pass off as their own product. They make grand promises but fail to deliver. For instance, they assured me that my website would achieve a 90+ performance score, which never happened. Their so-called indexing plugin doesn't even work properly—it's constantly stalling and never finishes the task. What they're doing is layering a standard WP cache plugin with their own fake plugin just to tweak some settings. I've spent nearly two months repeatedly asking them to resolve these issues, but they just kept dragging things out. Out of nowhere, they closed my support case and told me to "wait while they investigate." After 15 days of silence, they came back and told me that my support had ended, and if I wanted any further assistance, I would need to pay for maintenance.
