Our shifts follow your customers' business day, covering the full US business day in the evening and the Gulf, Turkey, and UK during the day. We run lead generation, appointment setting, live transfers, outbound sales, lead follow-up, and customer reactivation for home improvement (solar and roofing), health care (SSDI intake, insurance, DME, medical alert), car rental and auto services, and B2B companies, in English, Arabic, and Turkish. We also plan and run custom campaigns for any service our clients need. Compliance comes first: we call inside legal calling windows, scrub against Do Not Call lists, record every call, and run only the scripts you approve.
