About WeAssist
WeAssist recruits, vets, trains and employs full-time Outsourced Professionals for owner-run businesses in the US. One person, full-time, on your hours: executive assistants, executive sales assistants, insurance agent assistants, bookkeepers, customer support and AI automation specialists.
You tell us the role on a 20-minute call; we source, test and screen, and in about three weeks you meet three vetted candidates. Fewer than 2% of applicants are accepted. Once you pick, we handle contracts, payroll, equipment, HR and cover, with a 30-day rematch guarantee.
Our recruiters, client success and people operations team is based in the Philippines, next to the professionals they place. Founded in 2021 by Reef Colman.
