Our experience with WebAtlas Technologies has been collaborative and hands-on. They built RosePOS, a custom restaurant point-of-sale system tailored to our real operating workflow, handling ordering, menu customization, payments, cash management, printing, reporting, employee permissions, tablets, and an Admin web application. The team stayed responsive when issues surfaced during live testing and adjusted the product based on feedback from staff actually using it. They worked through difficult technical challenges like payment-terminal integration, printer behavior, cash drawer accounting, and complex menu workflows that we couldn't solve alone. One area for improvement: they could identify technical dependencies earlier and break complex features into smaller, testable releases.
