Webnux is a UK-registered software company building the mobile apps, business systems and AI assistants that run a company's day-to-day work.

Our clients are service businesses that have outgrown their tools: a booking system that will not talk to the customer database, a spreadsheet doing the job of a membership system, and a phone ringing while every member of staff is with a customer. We replace that patchwork with one system shaped around how the business already works.

We build in four areas, usually combined in a single project. Mobile and web apps for customers and staff, published to the App Store and Google Play with payments, scheduling and a back office the owner can actually run. Custom business software covering CRM, operations, inventory tied to real jobs, scheduling by person, room, table or service bay, memberships and reporting. Artificial intelligence, including assistants and voice agents that answer the phone, book or move the appointment and send the confirmation, plus WhatsApp and SMS automation. And automation that connects the tools a client already pays for.

We have productised six industry systems with working demos: an AI Guest Assistant for hotels, an AI Salon Receptionist, a Digital Car Health Report for garages, an AI Clinic Receptionist, an SMS loyalty programme for restaurants and an AI Property Agent for estate agents.

Selected work includes GoLift, a two-sided moving marketplace with its own pricing and dispatch engine; BokaNu, a salon booking system running three locations in Sweden; and Thatwell, a wellness membership app that reached 2,000+ users in month one.
