We collaborated with a prominent digital experience company in the U.S. to develop their intricate website. Our team leveraged Drupal to create a robust and scalable platform, focusing on optimizing site architecture for intuitive navigation. We integrated sophisticated features, including real-time data analytics and custom APIs, to enhance functionality and performance. Ensuring full responsiveness and adherence to rigorous security standards, we delivered a seamless, high-performance website that markedly elevated user experience and client satisfaction.

What started as a side hustle managing packaging logistics for individuals, turned into a profitable business for The Dream Baggage (TDB), currently processing thousands of packages a month, and serving a client base of more than 600 individuals and businesses that rely on their service.

Before implementing Drupal, TDB required every customer to send them spreadsheets listing the packages that were sent to their warehouse facilities in Miami. On a weekly basis TDB processed hundreds of files, a time consuming process that lead to repetitive mistakes.

On the customer satisfaction side of things, the implemented solution enabled TDBs clients to access real time status of their consolidated packages through an intuitive web platform, instead of having to constantly reach out to Customer Service for an update.

The solution we had to bring forward needed to solve two major issues: streamline development operations, and stable developer friendly infrastructure.

Fortunately, one of our closest partners, Pantheon, had the infrastructure requirements we were looking to implement. Their infrastructure solved the development environment issues, as well as scalable infrastructure for the websites. That was one problem solved!

We now shifted our focus to central administration of the websites, and what we recommended was using the Drupal Domain Access Module. This is a set of modules that combine to offer central administration of all websites within one Drupal installation. It also allowed for the websites to have different domain names.

Our team developed the Geolocation Map Links module for Drupal!

This module enhances geolocation fields by providing a user-friendly formatter to display links to maps.

This formatter allows for seamless integration with various online map providers, giving users the flexibility to choose their preferred mapping platform.
