We had a RAID 5 server fail unexpectedly and lost access to several years’ worth of business data. After being told by two other companies that it was “unrecoverable”, we reached out to Wildfire Data Recovery as a last attempt.

Viktor and the team were incredible from start to finish. They explained the diagnostics, rebuilt the RAID virtually without risking the drives, and managed to recover 100% of the critical files, including databases that we thought were gone forever.

Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, pricing was transparent, and the turnaround time was much faster than we expected for a job of this complexity.
