We use AI-assisted development to build custom tools for each department, around the way the company already works: CRM and follow-ups for sales; a shared WhatsApp customer inbox for customer service; order and stock dashboards with AutoCount integration for operations; e-Invoice (MyInvois) preparation and automatic reconciliation for finance; a training library and SOP Q&A assistant for HR; and business dashboards with automatic reports for management.

The first tool usually goes live in days to weeks. Key actions such as quotes, payments and deletions always keep a human confirmation step. After launch we stay on like an in-house IT department: hosting, maintenance, monthly changes, new tools and staff training.
