Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

Wise Vision is a software development company that provides full-stack development to make your business automation easier. Our main specializations are EduTech, Travel Tech, eCommerce, and FinTech. We always use the most progressive tech tools to adapt our work to your needs. As a CEO and co-founder of the company, my main task is to define our values, plan further development strategies, and think of extending our professional growth while seeing the best ways to provide clients with excellent tools to develop their business ideas and startups.

What is the story behind starting this company?

The idea of creating my own IT company came to my mind while studying at university. I realized that I want to use the knowledge of the IT sphere more precisely in my further work. Therefore, together with some of my friends, we started this company. It was a small team that consisted only of several workers, and in 2022 we already have more than 35 employees who all work on the same goals - providing a wise vision for our client's business ideas. However, not all of the staff with whom we worked together are still in our company. Despite this, I always pay much attention to the selection of people I am going to work with. Thus, the main factors that helped me to build a strong and successful company were the level of a person's professionalism and experience, as well as their empathy, together with the reviews of other people who worked with them previously.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

The concept of our company is based on in-house teamwork, which consists of 35 members, divided into 3 teams responsible for supplementing clients’ needs. The first team is responsible for full-stack development (Node.js & Angular). Then the second team works with back-end development based on Python and Django.

Meanwhile, the third team answers for front-end development and works with Angular and React. All of us work together and strive to provide the best possible result for our clients, adapting to their needs. We are all connected by the same vision of superior work, that is integrating professionalism, responsibility, and decency while preparing the project for the client.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

Clearly, I can provide you with a wide amount of data on how Wise Vision alters from other companies. To make the information more precise, let’s outline the main points:

We appreciate the time, both ours and our client’s, therefore we always aim to make the work done strictly to the deadline.
The words in our company’s name are not just loose words - we offer our wise vision of clients’ needs to help them structure and differentiate it while we work together. Therefore, when you choose to work with our team, you will get a competent analysis and advice on all of the stages. Thus, our services include preparation, research, design, and web development all together to make your experience with automating the business as comfortable as possible.
Over the years, we have worked on various projects with different approaches. Because of this, the Wise Vision team knows how to work with even the hardest tasks. Our portfolio consists of such industries as Blockchain, NFT, Web3, Automotive, Food industry, Hotel/restaurant, Real Estate, Marketplaces, etc. Most of our customers are repetitive. For instance, we are experienced in working with the Food industry and Real Estate industry very well, as we had dozens of such cases. Our statistics show that 42% of our clients are repetitive ones, thus most of them are people with whom we work together on many projects. Because of that, we already have very good relationships, and encourage the professional success of each other.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

The most demanded service among clients is full-cycle development. That is providing Web and Mobile development, help with covering the Q&A stage, and using our DevOps specialists to continue working with clients’ needs. As I stated earlier, our company always focuses on providing key factors that make cooperation with the clients easier - preparation (our managers are always in touch with clients to clarify the case we are working on), research (to make sure we are well-aware of the sphere the project needs), design (we always make sure the vision of your design is clear, captivating, and expresses the features of this exact project), and web-development (our specialists work hard to make sure your website is easy to use, clear to understand and works as fast as Flash without any bugs).

For that reason, we sort our feedback, and our project managers keep an eye on monitoring them every day. This helps us to understand the non-obvious requirements similar projects may need in the future.

In most cases, we define together the prospective number of support hours, so that in the final stage there are no misunderstandings between us. But of course, we understand the importance of being flexible in our area, as each project needs a unique approach to it. Therefore, we are ready to apply some changes when it is needed to make a high-quality project.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Usually, we start big, complex projects with a prepaid discovery phase. Then we go to the time and material structure.
However, we understand that each project is unique and therefore may demand a different approach.
Therefore, sometimes we accept fixed costs while working with small projects, and time material (per-hour payment for the work that is done).

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

It is crucial for us to work on projects that are close to our vision and goals, and that are challenging enough for our team to have a possibility to grow through that project. Due to the fact that we are experienced in different types of web development, the requirements for each project depending on its quality and complexity first of all.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

As I stated previously, we work with a wide range of projects. For that reason, the price for each project varied depending on its complexity and duration.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

Our team is expanding every year because of the growth of company needs. We are a young company that passionately works toward our shared goals - providing our Wise Vision for clients’ needs making the tech side of their ideas more clear and precise to make it work successfully in the future. Such an attitude shows excellent results, so we are inspired to keep going on this path. We expect that in 10 years we will be:
