We've been working with WislaCode since July 2025. What started as enhancing the loyalty program in our GlobalTips guest app grew into a broader partnership where they now handle significant frontend development across our guest app, staff app, and web products. Over 14 consecutive months, they've delivered substantial improvements including loyalty program enhancements, restaurant messaging and push notifications, local payment integrations (BLIK, MB WAY, Pay by Account), digital menu search and navigation, migration to our new design system, analytics and A/B testing capabilities, localization infrastructure, and a redesigned staff onboarding flow. Several have driven real results—BLIK now represents nearly 15% of payments in Poland, Pay by Account has reached a similar share in Lithuania, and the loyalty program increased guest return rates. What stands out is their delivery reliability.

Our Applied AI Lab needed to decide where to invest R&D resources in AI testing. We had assumptions about where the real bottlenecks were, but no evidence to validate them—and we didn't want another vendor comparison chart. In five weeks, WislaCode built the answer from peer-reviewed papers, direct conversations with practitioners across Europe, North America, and Asia, and hands-on benchmarking of the tools themselves rather than relying on vendor materials. When their findings contradicted our assumptions, they told us directly. Weekly intermediate results let us change scope twice without extending the deadline. We walked away with a staged plan we could actually execute: what to solve with our own engineers, what to cover with existing tools, and the order to do it in. For the financially modelable portion, the expected return was around 30% based on our estimate of engineering time saved against the engagement cost.
