The system covers the full contract lifecycle—customer onboarding through termination, billing, AR/AP write-offs with audit trails, daily penalty interest calculations, cheque allocation across installments, and collections tracking with every call, email, LINE message, GPS lock, and court milestone logged. OCR and AI extract data from scanned cheques and contracts, everything runs in Thai, English, and Chinese, and it integrates directly with SAP and Accounting Express. They migrated our Excel data with integrity checks and ran a parallel period so we could verify accuracy before go-live. Month-end closing dropped from about a week to two days, and penalty interest and write-off calculations are now automated. The billing errors we used to spend time correcting are essentially gone.
