We brought Yurops in to take our padel data platform from prototype to production-grade infrastructure licensable to betting operators. Alex and Rostyslav owned the full backend stack—containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, automated testing, and live validation during tournaments. I'd describe business requirements and integrity constraints, and they'd return with architecture fully scoped, including trade-offs and a clear roadmap of what to build now versus later. They delivered on schedule without needing oversight, which let me focus on rights and fundraising instead of managing the build. The feed held up under live match-day pressure and passed operator compliance review without reservations. The only gap was documentation—as a smaller team, they're lighter on formal written records than larger agencies, so I occasionally had to request summaries of completed work. That said, it never impacted delivery. I'd hire them again.
