Describe your project in brief
We were looking to find a way to merge our Swedish, Norwegian and Danish customer support in order to be more efficient and provide better service. Zahoree helped us set up a local team of highly skilled individuals in Malaga, Spain. The project has been an ongoing success and we have continuously scaled up the team in order to keep up with the demand. Zahoree has been very flexible and easy to work with, and our company has continued to use them for new regions within our company.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
A good teamleader and local leadership that is easy to work with when it comes to: Finding the right agents for the team. Learning our products. Receive feedback and act on it.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
From my point of view, I can't think of any real weaknesses. Every support agent recruited has not been the perfect match, but we've had a close dialogue with Zahoree and replaced agents along the way, and right now we're very confident in their abilities to know what kind of people we want.
