Zaphyre designed and executed a structured outbound lead generation program focused on precision targeting and disciplined execution.

We began by defining the ideal customer profile and building a highly targeted prospect list. This list included organizations within healthcare and legal services, such as hospitals, physician clinics, medical facilities, and law firms. Target companies ranged from $5M to $250M in annual revenue, with employee counts between 50 and 1,000.

Once the prospect list was finalized, we launched a sequence of email campaigns tailored to industry-specific challenges. The messaging introduced the client’s advisory model and positioned their services around common IT pain points, creating familiarity before live outreach.

After the initial email phase, we initiated outbound calling. Zaphyre developed a structured call script designed to handle common objections and guide conversations toward qualified meetings. The script was refined in collaboration with the client’s sales team, followed by training and mock calls before full rollout.
