Our Customer engagement process entails the discovery phase through discussions, getting all the application details/requirements followed by compiling the scope in a single functional requirement document, Estimation & Quotation, Prototyping, Wire-framing, Development phase involves sprint planning, daily/weekly client standup meeting, project demos, milestone and daily progress monitoring via project management tool (Jira, Trello, etc) Regular code push on GIT and Bitbucket, instant project communication via skype, slack and Upwork message board. Post-deployment customer engagement is created through ongoing maintenance and support.
Our response time depends upon the urgency of the situation. We respond back within 2-3 hours of receipt of the ticket. In general, our response time is less than 8 hours.

We have been working with Vishal's team since 2017 and have been satisfied with the delivery, otherwise, we'll not be here. Initially, holding meetings with their team was a challenge due to time difference between Africa, San Francisco and India. We later was able to find a time that works for all. As a startup with very tight budget, they have been very helpful to get us up and running. I'll recommend whenever the opportunity comes.

- Timely delivery once the project and scope has been agreed on.

- The changed the developers working on our project a couple of times.

I worked with Varun and his team over the last several months working on an update to our inventory control system. The team was insightful, proactive and professional.
Pros :
- I appreciated the clear communication and proactive manner in which Varun handled managing the project.
- I also appreciated the professional work completed on the development of the project by Bhupinder and Himanshu.
Cons :
- The project took longer than expected but I personally believe this is a problem related to software development at large and specifically the team.

We updated our inventory control system to a more modern framework. The system imports, parses and aggregates inventory feeds in a variety of formats and coming from a variety of sources. The inventory is then exported to our e-commerce website for sale.

Been using them since 2018 and haven't had many issues and when issues do arise, they typically fix them relatively quickly and do a good job. Keeping you in the loop of how the projects are progressing.

Yes, we do take in projects that meet our basic budget requirements required that the project must have the potential to grow into something bigger.
