Our Customer engagement process entails the discovery phase through discussions, getting all the application details/requirements followed by compiling the scope in a single functional requirement document, Estimation & Quotation, Prototyping, Wire-framing, Development phase involves sprint planning, daily/weekly client standup meeting, project demos, milestone and daily progress monitoring via project management tool (Jira, Trello, etc) Regular code push on GIT and Bitbucket, instant project communication via skype, slack and Upwork message board. Post-deployment customer engagement is created through ongoing maintenance and support.

Our response time depends upon the urgency of the situation. We respond back within 2-3 hours of receipt of the ticket. In general, our response time is less than 8 hours.

We provide complete design and development services for iOS and Android mobile applications as well as web applications. On a scale of 1 to 10, our customer satisfaction rate is more than 9. It's supported by the fact that most of our clients have been with us for a long time, and some even started out as short-term projects but stayed with us longer. We believe in being honest and having to each other well. When we talk to clients, we do things in a very organized and standard way.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We offer almost every type of support channel to our clients, including email support, website forms, live chat support, and phone support. We always try to make our clients happy and satisfied and thus we try to keep things as much as transparent as we can.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

In our ten years of working career we have realized that every client is different, and so are their choices. Thus, we usually try to accept payment through the method preferred by our client. Mostly we use a fixed cost structure, but we also opt for an hourly payment structure for some of our clients.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Yes, we do take in projects that meet our basic budget requirements required that the project must have the potential to grow into something bigger. We offer our development services at discounted rates to some startups who assure to take more services from our company. Further, our basic budget requirement is $2000.

The price of the projects that we created and delivered in 2021 was ($1000 to $50,000).
