The team at Zehntech has done an outstanding job not only handling all the technical aspects of our site but they have become our project manager and a true partner in the platform. Zehntech not only quickly fixed the nagging security issues and major bugs on our platform but also improved our digital presence with their digital marketing skills. Our website is now running much smoother and revenues have improved. But in order to take it to the Next level in 2020, Zehntech is re-developing our Drupal eCommerce platform on latest Magento 2 version.
At first we were leery about reaching out for programmers outside the USA and in such a different time zone. But that’s never been an issue, in fact it has been many times easier communicating with Zehntech (even on their holidays) then with our former programers.
What do you like most about the company?
On technical front, their knowledge is commendable. They understand the business challenge and their application of technical skills to solve the business problem makes them the favorites. Apart from that they have the soft skills like great communication skills, responsiveness, and dedication required for delivery of successful projects.
What they should improve on?
Zehntech needs to learn more about grass-fed and Omega-3 meat, but other than that, they are just great in terms of what they do. We are looking forward to having them help us for years to come.
