Design a ticket tracking system capable of managing tickets through a workflow and collecting invoices and payments
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Zimalab has the right balance of creative problem solving, technical leadership and skilled development to deliver the right solution.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Effective testing following a deployment is critical to ensure that any problems are caught as soon as possible - during normal hours for Zimalab as their 'daytime' hours are not always the same 'office hours' as the United States. We learned to work together to deploy during the week and not on Fridays to ensure we always had assistance if any problems or rollbacks were required.
