Describe your project in brief
The event had a round table arrangement with 6 chair around each table. The ushers stationed at the doors checked-in guest diligently and helped direct everyone to the different activity areas which was such a relief. The VIPs where handled with a lot of respect and care which was important in maintaining good company relations with our partners and sponsors. The food was great and we really loved the live band. The event was a dream … just as we visualized it.
